The successful applicant will have a confident and polite manner to enable accurate liaison with both our customers and our service department staff.  Ideally possess experience of working within a customer facing environment with at least a basic knowledge of the automotive industry, be computer literate and able to work on one's own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team.  Capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers.  Great organisational skills with an enthusiastic attitude plus self-motivated.  Experience of Kerridge systems would be a distinct advantage.
